§ 56:6-5 — Disposition of penalties
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
All moneys which shall be recovered as penalties under this act shall be paid by the commissioner to the State Treasurer to be transferred to the credit of the commissioner to defray the expenses of carrying into effect the provisions of this act. L.1938, c. 163, p. 369, art. IV, s. 402.
