From and after January first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, the expenses of enforcing the provisions of this act shall be paid out of the moneys received under chapter thirty-nine of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes for license fees. L.1938, c. 163, p. 372, art. VI, s. 601.
