New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
This act shall be cited and referred to as "An act to regulate the retail sale of motor fuels." L.1938, c. 163, p. 372, art. VIII, s. 802.
