§ 56:6-30 — Powers available in enforcement of act
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
All of the powers vested in the Director of the Division of Taxation by the provisions of R.S. 54:39-1, et seq., aforesaid, shall be available to the said director in the enforcement of this Unfair Motor Fuels Practices Act. L.1953, c. 413, p. 2076, s. 12.
