Text
Any determination by the director and any order of suspension or revocation of a license or licenses thereunder or refusal to reinstate a license or licenses after revocation shall be reviewable by the Superior Court by proceedings in lieu of the prerogative writs. L.1953, c. 413, p. 2075, s. 10.
