§ 55:19-60 — Urban Coordinating Council

45. a. There is established in, but not of, the Department of Community Affairs an Urban Coordinating Council. b. The Urban Coordinating Council shall be comprised of the Governor, the chief officer of each department of the executive branch, and the executive directors of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, the State Planning Commission, the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, the Youth Justice Commission and the Commission on Higher Education. The council shall be chaired by the Governor. Members of the council may be represented on the council by their designees.L.1996,c.62,s.45; amended 2025, c.35, s.84.
