Any public or private agency, organization, corporation, or association which is not legally barred from investing in the bonds or stock of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency or any of its subsidiary corporations may lawfully invest in the corresponding securities of the corporation and its subsidiaries. L. 1985, c. 227, s. 11, eff. July 8, 1985.
