§ 55:19-28 — Joint ventures
New Jersey·Title 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING
9.The authority, or any subsidiary, may enter into agreements with any individual, partnership, trust, association or corporation, or any public agency, under which the authority or subsidiary and such other entity or entities shall undertake a project as a joint venture, with the authority or subsidiary providing such financial assistance, through loans, grants or the acquisition of an ownership interest in the project, and such technical or managerial assistance or advice, as the agreement may provide.L.1996,c.62,s.9.
