§ 55:19-19 — Project initiation within one year
New Jersey·Title 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING
The first projects under this act shall be initiated not later than one year from the date on which, following the appointment of its citizen members pursuant to the provisions of section 4 of this act, the board of directors shall organize the corporation. L. 1985, c. 227, s. 18, eff. July 8, 1985.
