30.
a.The failure of any witness, when duly subpoenaed to attend, give testimony, or produce other evidence in connection with any matter arising under the provisions of P.L.2017, c.324 (C.32:23-229 et al.), whether or not at a hearing, shall be punishable by the Superior Court in New Jersey in the same manner as that failure is punishable by the court in a case therein pending.
b.Any person who, having been sworn or affirmed as a witness in any hearing pursuant to subsection a. of this section, shall willfully give false testimony or who shall willfully make or file any false or fraudulent report or statement required by P.L.2017, c.324 (C.32:23-229 et al.) to be made or filed under oath, shall be guilty of a disorderly persons offense.
