§ 52:32-4 — Facilities for persons with physical disabilities.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
1.Except as otherwise provided by law, all plans and specifications for the construction or remodeling of any public building in the State shall provide facilities for persons with physical disabilities. L.1971, c.269, s.1; amended 1975, c.220, s.1; 2017, c.131, s.205.
