§ 52:32-13 — Enforcement
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The State and the board of chosen freeholders of every county and the governing body of every municipality in this State shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this act within their respective jurisdictions. L.1975, c. 221, s. 3.
