Text
1.The State, every board or body having control and regulation of parking facilities in every county and municipality, and every parking authority created pursuant to the "Parking Authority Law," P.L.1948, c.198 (C.40:11A-1 et seq.), is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to provide parking spaces for persons with physical disabilities in all parking facilities under the jurisdiction of the State or any such board, body, or parking authority. L.1975, c.221, s.1; amended 2017, c.131, s.209.
