§ 52:32-37 — Interest payments waived; conditions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The State Treasurer shall have the right to waive the interest payment for delinquencies due to circumstances beyond the control of the using agency or the division, including but not limited to strikes and natural disasters, and for contracts entered into prior to the effective date of this act. L. 1987, c. 184, s. 6.
