§ 52:32-31 — Regulations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Department of the Treasury shall develop such other regulations as may be necessary to interpret and implement all provisions of this act, including rules governing the determination of which type or class of contract is covered by this act. L.1983, c. 482, s. 15.
