§ 52:32-22 — Dispute over designation
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
If the department and the contracting agency disagree as to whether a set-aside is appropriate for a contract or a portion of a contract, the dispute shall, within seven days, be submitted to the State Treasurer, or his designee, for final determination. L. 1983, c. 482, s.
