§ 52:27H-91 — Commissioner defined

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
For the purposes of sections 1 through 7 of this act, "commissioner" means the Commissioner of Commerce and Economic Development. L.1983, c. 471, s. 2, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
