§ 52:27H-15 — Division of travel and tourism in department of labor and industry; continuance and transfer to department

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Division of Travel and Tourism in the Department of Labor and Industry, established pursuant to P.L.1977, c. 225 (C. 34:1A-45 et seq.), together with all its powers, functions and duties, is continued and transferred to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development. This act shall not affect the terms of office of the present members of the Tourism Advisory Council in the Division of Travel and Tourism and the members of the commission shall continue to be appointed as provided by existing law. L.1981, c. 122, s. 16, eff. April 16, 1981.
