§ 52:27H-10 — Division of economic development in department of labor and industry; abolishment; transfer of employees to division of economic development in department
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Division of Economic Development in the Department of Labor and Industry established pursuant to P.L.1965, c. 21 (C. 13:1B-15.75 et seq.) is abolished and the employees of this division as it was originally constituted are transferred, pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act" , P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.) to the new Division of Economic Development in the Department of Commerce and Economic Development established pursuant to this act. L.1981, c. 122, s. 10, eff. April 16, 1981.
