15.The UEZ Authority and the Department of Labor and Workforce and Development shall enter into a memorandum of understanding to assist in substantial and comprehensive data gathering and information sharing between the two agencies to further the UEZ Authority's ability to evaluate enterprise zone performance and compliance, and to initiate enforcement actions. L.2021, c.197, s.15.
