Text

The authority shall conduct a continuing review of all State regulations and shall recommend to the appropriate administrative bodies the modification or waiver of regulations promulgated by that agency in order to contribute to the implementation of this act. L.1983, c. 303, s. 26, eff. Aug. 15, 1983.
