11.In addition to the duties of the authority required under section 6 of P.L.1983, c.303 (C.52:27H-65), the authority shall also prepare a fiscal impact study of each additional enterprise zone designated pursuant to this 1993 amendatory and supplementary act and for each enterprise zone designated prior to this act. The study shall include, but not be limited to, an analysis of the effects of each enterprise zone on the local economy of the area in which the zone is located and an assessment of the effectiveness of these zones in addressing the goals of the "New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act," P.L.1983, c.303 (C.52:27H-60 et seq.).
