§ 52:27H-3 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Energy and Economic Development.
b."Department" means the Department of Commerce, Energy and Economic Development established by this act. L.1981,c.122,s.3; 1987,c.365,s.2.
