3.The commissioner shall establish a voluntary certification program for export trading corporations which meet the standards established by this act. Each corporation seeking State certification shall make application therefor in the manner prescribed by the commissioner. Upon the granting of the certification, the corporation may use the title "New Jersey Certified Export Trading Corporation." The department shall cooperate and assist all export trading corporations certified pursuant to this act. L.1995,c.275,s.3.
