Text
The commissioner shall report to the Governor and the Legislature annually as to the status of the uniform certification procedure required by this act, including any recommendations for legislation which would enable the division to more efficiently and effectively carry out its duties and responsibilities under this act. L. 1986, c. 195, s. 7, eff. Dec. 23, 1986.
