§ 52:27C-85 Status of New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
25.
a.The New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology, established pursuant to P.L.1985, c.102 (C.52:9X-1 et seq.), is transferred in but not of the Department of the Treasury, but notwithstanding this transfer, the New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology shall be independent of any supervision and control by the department or by any board or officer thereof. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, regulation, or order to the contrary, the members of the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology shall appoint the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology.
