New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
There is hereby created a Department of Economic Development, consisting of a co-ordinator and an economic council, hereinafter referred to as "the department." L.1944, c. 85, art. 1, p. 168, s. 1.
