7.All funds received by the Foundation for Technology Advancement, other than those necessary to pay the expenses of the foundation, shall be used exclusively for the establishment, support and promotion of the foundation. The foundation is authorized to receive and administer gifts, contributions, and funds from public and private sources to be expended solely for the purposes provided in section 1 of this act. L.2005,c.373,s.7.
