§ 52:27C-84 — Status of New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority.

24.
a.The New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, established pursuant to P.L.1968, c.405 (C.48:23-1 et seq.), is transferred in but not of the Department of the Treasury, but notwithstanding this transfer, the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority shall be independent of any supervision and control by the department or by any board or officer thereof. The New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority shall submit its budget request directly to the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury.
b.Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority, the same shall mean and refer to the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority in but no
