§ 52:27C-79 — Annual report.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
19.
a.No later than three months after the end of its fiscal year, the commission shall make an annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1). Each report shall include, but not be limited to, a description of the short-term and long-term goals of the commission and an assessment of the effectiveness of the commission in meeting such goals, and any recommendations for legislation to improve the effectiveness of the commission.
b.The commission shall include, in the report required by subsection a. of this section, a description setting forth information concerning the imposition, collection and expenditure of the fees imposed by the commission. Each such report shall also set fort
