11.The Executive Director of the commission shall devote full time to the performance of the duties assigned thereto, and shall: a. Administer the work of the commission; b. Appoint and remove officers and other personnel employed within the commission, except as herein otherwise specifically provided; c. Have authority to organize and maintain an administrative office and to assign to employment therein such secretarial, clerical and other assistants in the commission as the Executive Director and the internal operations of the commission may require; d. Perform, exercise and discharge the functions, powers and duties of the commission through such offices as may be established by this act or otherwise by law; e.
