4.The Department of Commerce and Economic Development created pursuant to P.L.1981, c.122 (C.52:27H-1 et al.) is abolished as a principal department in the Executive Branch of State government, and all of its powers, functions, and duties including, but not limited to, the Division of International Trade, except as herein otherwise provided, are continued in the commission. L.1998, c.44, s.4; amended 2007, c.253, s.27.
