§ 52:27C-60 — Advisory committee

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
To advise the department in the performance of its duties provided by this act, the commissioner of the department shall appoint a committee, of such number as he shall determine, to serve at his pleasure, of which one shall be a registered architect of this State, one a licensed professional engineer of this State actively practicing as a mechanical engineer, one a licensed professional engineer of this State actively practicing as a structural engineer, one a general building contractor and one an official of any municipality of this State charged with supervision over the construction of buildings therein. The members of the committee shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1946, c. 120, p. 558, s. 7.
