§ 52:27C-6 — Transfer of functions, etc., of Municipal Aid Administration
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Municipal Aid Administration, all its functions, powers, duties, personnel, property and appropriations are hereby transferred to the department, and the functions, powers and duties of the director of municipal aid are vested in the commissioner. L.1944, c. 85, art. 1, p. 169, s. 6.
