§ 52:27C-23 — Powers of authority
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The authority shall have full power to undertake and operate any slum clearance or housing project for slum dwellers and families of low income and to manage and control its projects. L.1944, c. 85, art. 3, p. 175, s. 23.
