§ 52:27C-22 — Public housing and development authority
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Within the department there shall be a "public housing and development authority" a body politic and corporate, with power to sue and be sued, to have a seal, and to have corporate succession, hereinafter referred to as "the authority." The powers and duties of this authority shall be vested in and may be exercised by the commissioner. L.1944, c. 85, art. 3, p. 175, s. 22.
