Text
The commissioner shall designate as deputy commissioner one of the directors who shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the commissioner during his disability or absence, which designation, in writing, shall be filed with the Secretary of State. L.1944, c. 112, art. 2, p. 289, s. 8.
