New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner shall have authority to organize the division for the effective performance of its functions and purposes herein set forth. L.1944, c. 112, art. 3, p. 290, s. 2.
