New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner, through the Bureau of the Budget, shall follow the provisions and procedures set forth in sections five through twenty-three, inclusive, of this article. L.1944, c. 112, art. 3, p. 290, s. 4.
