New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Division of Budget and Accounting shall be headed by a director who shall be the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance. L.1944, c. 112, art. 3, p. 290, s. 1.
