§ 52:27B-85 — Effective date
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act shall take effect July first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four. Any appointment and any confirmation of any appointment permitted by this act may be made after the enactment thereof. L.1944, c. 112, art. 8, p. 314, s. 11.
