§ 52:27B-83 — Reduction of salary where commissioner holds other office
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
In the event that a person appointed and serving as commissioner or as a director shall hold another State office or position, his salary as commissioner or director shall be reduced by the amount paid to him as the holder of such other office or position. L.1944, c. 112, art. 8, p. 314, s. 9.
