There is hereby appropriated out of the earnings derived from the Federal surplus transactions to the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property such sums as may be necessary to defray the administrative cost and expenses incident to the acquisition of such Federal surplus property. L.1946, c. 144, p. 681, s. 2.
