§ 52:27B-60 — Rejection of articles failing to comply with standards
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Any using agency may reject any article delivered or tendered which fails to comply with the standards and specifications applicable to such article. L.1944, c. 112, art. 6, p. 307, s. 8.
