§ 52:27B-59 — Purchases to comply with standards
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
In the purchase of all articles, the standards and specifications determined and established pursuant to section six shall be adhered to and complied with, and no deviation shall be permitted without the written consent of the commissioner first obtained. L.1944, c. 112, art. 6, p. 306, s. 7.
