The Judiciary committees of the Senate and General Assembly, or their respective successors, are constituted a joint committee for the purposes of monitoring and evaluating whether the implementation of purposes set forth in section 19 of this act are being conducted in a timely fashion and pursuant to the parameters and schedules set forth in the modernization schedule developed for the Division of Commercial Recording. The joint committee shall also review the expenditures made from the fund established pursuant to section 17 of this act to verify that expenditures made from moneys appropriated from the fund are consistent with the purposes set forth in section 19 of this act. The joint committee shall report its findings annually to the Legislature. L. 1987, c. 435, s. 20.
