There shall be appropriated from the Secretary of State Fund to the Department of State in fiscal year 1988 and in each year thereafter, amounts in excess of the amount required to be appropriated pursuant to section 18 of this act, for the following purposes: a. designing, constructing, purchasing, maintaining and implementing an automated information system within the Division of Commercial Recording in the Department of State; and b. establishing a centralized filing office for farm product liens as provided in the Federal Food Security Act and any federal regulations adopted pursuant to that act. L. 1987, c. 435, s. 19.
