Text
Commencing with fiscal year 1988 and in each year thereafter, there shall be appropriated from the Secretary of State Fund to the General Fund an amount equivalent to the lesser of: a. $11,000,000.00; or b. the total amount of fees deposited in the Secretary of State Fund during the fiscal year. L. 1987, c. 435, s. 18.
