Text
Exceptions based on practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship shall apply to the specific requirement in question, and shall not extend to all requirements of the standards and specifications mandated by this act. L.1975, c. 220, s. 6, eff. Oct. 8, 1975. Amended by L.1981, c. 35, s. 5, eff. Feb. 12, 1981.
