Text
The administration and enforcement of this act shall be in accord with the "State Uniform Construction Code Act" (P.L.1975, c. 217; C. 52:27D-119 et seq.) and regulations promulgated thereunder. L.1975, c. 220, s. 4, eff. Oct. 8, 1975. Amended by L.1981, c. 35, s. 3, eff. Feb. 12, 1981.
